Bust: measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape comfortably loose and parallel to the floor.

Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the navel. Do not pull the tape too tight.

Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape level and relaxed.

Sleeve Length: measure from the shoulder seam down to the wrist, with your arm naturally extended along your side.

Inside Leg: measure from the top of the inner thigh (crotch) down to the ankle, along the inside of the leg.
